The ROR for star and non-star hotels in South Sumatra Province in March 2023 was 51.11 and 18.35 percent, respectively.

Abstract

In March 2023, foreign tourists visiting South Sumatra through the Sultan Mahmud Badaruddin Airport (SMB) II Palembang recorded 1 visit.
The Room Occupancy Rate (TPK) for star hotels in March 2023 was 51.11 percent, an increase of 1.49 points compared to the previous month's TPK which was recorded at 49.62 percent. Meanwhile, the TPK for non-star hotels for March 2023 was recorded at 18.35 percent.
The highest ROR for star hotels in March 2023 occurred in 5-star hotels, namely 61.79 percent and the lowest in 1-star hotels, namely 38.02 percent.
The average length of stay of guests at star hotels in March 2023 reached 1.50 days, an increase of 0.08 points compared to the previous month which was recorded at 1.42 days.
