Abstract

Sumatera Selatan's export value in February 2023 reached US$549.94 million, down 5.03 percent compared to January 2023 exports. Compared to February 2022, the export value increased by 25.53 percent.
Non-oil and gas exports in February 2023 reached US$520.23 million, down 5.46 percent compared to January 2023. Compared to February 2022, non-oil and gas exports increased by 24.11 percent.
Cumulatively, the export value of Sumatera Selatan from January to February 2023 reached US$1,129.00 million, an increase of 42.33 percent compared to the same period in 2022.
The largest share of exports in February 2023 were China with US$252.91 million, Malaysia with US$46.07 million and India with US$41.46 million.
Cumulatively, Sumatera Selatan's biggest export value from January to February 2023 was aimed at China for US$492.27 million, Malaysia for US$89.62 million and India for US$87.25 million, with the contribution of the three of them reaching 59.27 percent. Meanwhile, exports to ASEAN and the European Union were 25.04 percent and 2.61 percent, respectively.
