The Farmer Term of Trade of Sumatera Selatan in February 2020 decreased amount 3,76 percent

Abstract

Farmer Exchange Rate (NTP) of South Sumatra Province in the month February 2020 was recorded at 96.85 or decreased by 3.76 percent compared to the previous month's NTP. Decrease this NTP influenced by the Price Index Received by Farmers (It) which decreased by an average of 3.15 percent, meanwhile Average Index Paid Farmers (Ib) has increased

by 0.63 percent.

The decrease in FTT February 2020 was influenced by the decline in FTT in the food crops sub-sector by 1.02 percent, horticulture 1.76 percent, plantations 4.92 percent, livestock 0.68 percent, fisheries in general 1.14 percent and fisheries capture of 1.93 percent. Whereas NTP is in the sub-sector aquaculture has experienced a relatively small increase, i.e by 0.03 percent.

In February 2020, rural inflation occurred in South Sumatra amounted to 0.72 percent due to the rising average index prices in nine expenditure groups, mainly food, beverage and tobacco group 1.08 percent, household equipment, tools and routine maintenance 0.57 percent and clothing and footwear 0.38 percent. While the groups experiencing deflation are housing, water, electricity and household fuels by 0.09 percent and recreation, sports and culture 0.12 percent.

Agricultural Household Exchange (NTUP) of Sumatra South February 2020 amounted to 97.73 or decreased by 3.41 percent compared to NTUP the previous month.
