Abstract

Lubuklinggau City experienced an inflation of 0.36 percent in April 2019. The inflation rate for the Calendar Year in April was 0.33 percent with inflation "year on year" (April 2019 against April 2018) of 1.29 percent.

Commodities contributing to the largest inflation share in Lubuklinggau include: shallots, garlic, and chicken meat.

The Province of South Sumatra in April 2019 experienced inflation of 0.53 percent (Based on the inflation calculation of Lubuklinggau City and Palembang City). Calendar Year inflation (cumulative in 2019) is 0.43 percent with inflation "year on year" (April 2019 against April 2018 at 1.90 percent.

Indonesia in April 2019, based on monitoring prices during April 2019 at 82 Cities CPI, indicating that 77 CPI cities experienced inflation. While 5 cities experienced deflation. The highest inflation occurred in the city of Medan by 1.30 percent, the lowest in the city of Pare-Pare, at 0.03 percent. The highest deflation occurred in Manado City at -1.27 percent, the lowest in Maumere City at -0.04 percent.
