The Lubuklinggau City Inflation in May 2015 was 0.50 percent

The city of Lubuk Linggau in May 2015 experienced inflation of 0.50 percent. The cumulative inflation rate in 2015 to May was -0.73 percent and the year on year inflation rate (May 2015 to May 2014) was 7.89 percent. Inflation in Lubuk Linggau in May 2015 occurred because of an increase in the price index at 6 ( six) expenditure groups namely; foodstuffs group of 1.48 percent; clothing group by 0.58 percent; health group 0.38 percent; processed foods, beverages, cigarettes & tobacco group of 0.27 percent; education, recreation and sports group of 0.05 percent; and transportation, communication & financial services by 0.04 percent. While one expenditure group experienced a decrease in price index, namely the housing, water, electricity, gas & fuel group by -0.05 percent.
