Briefing of KemenPAN-RB regarding ASN Development Direction to Front

ASN office analysis and evaluation should be known by BPS staff, especially BPS officials. In order to provide a deep understanding of the matter, BPS invited the Deputy of Human Resources of the Ministry of Manpower and Transmigration, Setiawan Wangsaatmaja, and Assistant Deputy of Human Resources of Human Resources (SDM) KemenPAN-RB Salman Sijabat.

The meeting that took place today, Thursday (25/1) also discussed the direction of ASN development in the future. This presentation was delivered directly by Setiawan in the presence of Senior Officials and Primary, as well as BPS Administrator Officers. With regard to human resource management at BPS, Setiawan added "Map, which one can promote, which one can trade, and which ones can be rotated, and which need to be slowly picked up once."

Ending his presentation, Setiawan said that several efforts are needed to improve the capacity of BPS as an international class One Policy. These efforts include: Structuring organizational structure and governance, job analysis and job evaluation, one data policy for ASN management, as well as arrangement of functional positions statistics and computer institutions.
